CHALKLINE · WEBSITE FOR TUTORS
Chalkline is a video design for tutors who offer a free first lesson and want parents to claim it straight away. The trial booker sits just below the headline, so it is the first thing a parent can do.

THE LOOK
Chalkline looks like a classroom blackboard come to life: deep green backgrounds, chalky yellow highlights and handwritten-style headings. A video of chalk on a board plays in the hero. It feels friendly and a little nostalgic, and it says “we’ll work it out together” rather than “exam factory”.
ON THE PAGE
Four steps: subject, stage, day, then time and place, ending with a summary of the trial and the price after it.
A switch between online and in-person lessons, with the steps for each.
Primary, 11+, KS3, GCSE and A level in a clear list, each with year groups, lesson length and your price.
Your name, experience and subjects, with DBS, QTS, membership and insurance badges.
Room for real parent reviews, tagged with year group or subject.
Your home-visit postcodes, study room address and a reminder that online lessons work anywhere with Wi-Fi.
Your services, prices, area, opening hours and photos replace the sample wording. Every design also has click-to-call, a WhatsApp button, your social links and up to 3 extra pages.
IS IT FOR YOU?
Chalkline suits one-to-one tutors and small tutoring teams whose main way of winning families is a free trial. It covers KS1 to A level, so it fits generalists who teach maths, English and science across a wide age range.
If you mostly teach under-11s, Bright Spark has a year-group finder made for primary. If your trial is closer to a short matching chat than a full lesson, Summit’s four-tap request may feel simpler.
PRICE
The Chalkline design costs nothing to set up. Hosting is £5 a month, and extras like online booking or your own domain are optional. See every price
