STEADY · WEBSITE FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Steady is a photo-led design for personal trainers who help people move with less stiffness and more confidence. It speaks to people just discharged from physio, desk workers with tight backs and older adults who want to stay strong for everyday life.

THE LOOK
Steady uses a soft blue-grey background, deep teal text and a warm coral note card that reads “Gentle doesn’t mean easy.” A graceful serif headline with one italic word sits beside arched and rounded photos of people stretching and training. There is lots of space and nothing shouts. For someone anxious about exercise, the page feels safe before they have read a word.
ON THE PAGE
Four short cards: after physio, desk-bound and stiff, later life and nervous beginners.
Visitors choose an area such as back, hips or knees and see how you would usually approach it, with a clear note that new or severe pain needs a GP or physio first.
A 1:1 session, a block of six with a home programme, small-group mobility and an online plan, each with your price.
A short weekly list, such as mobility and breath or a balance class, with days and times.
Listen, assess and build: a calm explanation of the first consultation and movement screen.
Whether you are a physio, whether a GP referral is needed and how accessible the studio is.
Your services, prices, area, opening hours and photos replace the sample wording. Every design also has click-to-call, a WhatsApp button, your social links and up to 3 extra pages.
IS IT FOR YOU?
Steady suits trainers who specialise in mobility, back care, falls prevention or GP referral work, and anyone whose clients are more likely to be 65 than 25. It also suits trainers who work closely with local physios, because the copy is careful about what a coach does and does not do.
If your clients want to lift heavy and push hard, Forge has the right energy. If you coach nervous beginners of all ages and want a friendly group feel, Kin is a good alternative.
PRICE
The Steady design costs nothing to set up. Hosting is £5 a month, and extras like online booking or your own domain are optional. See every price
