THE LOOK
How Neighbour looks
White space, a deep green headline and friendly rounded buttons keep Neighbour warm and plain-spoken. A green strip at the top says how long the family has been trading and gives the owner's number to call or text. A small card shows the owner with a line about measuring every job, and job photos are labelled by street and village.

Does the area check use my own towns?
Yes. The areas and postcodes come from what you tell us, and the map shows your radius.
Can customers book a measure-up online with Neighbour?
Yes, by adding online booking at £10 a month. Without it, the call and text buttons do the job.
Can I put my own name and photo on the owner card?
Yes. Your name comes from your answers, and you can swap the photo for one of you on a job. Many customers like to know who is coming round before they open the door.
