Graft
Hi-vis cinematic video with a quote builder, a strong fit for busy general builders who want to show real site footage and gather job details up front.
KEYSTONE · WEBSITE FOR BUILDERS
Keystone reads like a design magazine, with dark stone tones and an estimate tool. It is aimed at renovation and new-build firms whose finish and detail win the work.

THE LOOK
Near-black backgrounds, a fine serif headline with gold italics and wide margins give Keystone a calm, expensive feel. Sections are numbered as chapters, and a one-line promise from the founder sits near the top. Portfolio photos show in black and white and turn to colour when hovered. Clients spending serious money on a house want to feel they’ve found a craftsman, not just a contractor, and this design sets that tone.
ON THE PAGE
Guide prices for your core services, with a note that you quote in writing after a visit.
Pick the job and scope, set how many with plus and minus buttons, for example the number of rooms, and send the request.
A visit to look and measure, a fixed written quote, then careful work with dust kept under control.
Your best finished projects, shown large.
Space for one long, specific review from a real client.
Phone, email and address, with your company number in the footer.
Your services, prices, area, opening hours and photos replace the sample wording. Every design also has click-to-call, a WhatsApp button, your social links and up to 3 extra pages.
IS IT FOR YOU?
Keystone suits builders doing whole-house refurbishments, basement and loft conversions, and one-off new homes, where clients compare finishes and want to meet the person in charge. The founder’s line lets you speak for the firm in your own words.
It is less suited to quick, price-led work. If you mainly quote small extensions for busy families, Fettle or Graft will feel more approachable.
PRICE
The Keystone design costs nothing to set up. Hosting is £5 a month, and extras like online booking or your own domain are optional. See every price
QUESTIONS
A single line in your own words, such as how you run every site. It comes from your answers, with your name underneath.
No. It shows a guide price from your list multiplied by the quantity, and the customer sends it as a request. You then confirm a fixed total once you’ve seen the job.
